Darryln Yamaguchi

Education: I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology in Marriage and Family Therapy at Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Experience: My background in management has provided me with valuable experience in communication, leadership, and supporting others through personal and professional challenges. I have also learned a great deal through my own life experiences, which have deepened my empathy, understanding, and belief in the power of growth and healing.

Beliefs: I believe that healing begins in a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and valued. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which both the therapist and client bring expertise -clinical knowledge and lived experiences - to create meaningful change. My approach integrates mindfulness, cultural awareness, and a holistic view of well-being to promote balance and growth in all areas of life.

Clients: I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Languages: I provide therapy services in English.

Fees: $25 per session. I do not accept insurance at this time.
