We've designed our Pono Roots Welcome Process to be simple and quick. The first step is to contact PonoRoots by using the form below. We'll reach out to you within 1 business day to help set up and register your account in Therapy Portal. We'll send you some intake documents to complete, then have a 30-minute intake session. After intake, we will assign you a therapist and you'll be on your way to starting sessions.
